This allows us to talk openly about your child’s challenges and gives the session our full focus. I gather most of the information from parents, so your child doesn’t usually need to be involved at this stage.
If we feel it would be helpful — for example, to encourage healthy changes or build confidence — your child is welcome to join any appointment. Most families start with parents only.
